This is Kathleen Smith, niece of Septimus Drew, who lived at no.1 SB from 1950-1969. She inherited the house from her uncle.

The above images are from 'Along the Canal in Bath' by Valerie E. Bowyer, published in 1976 by Kingsmead Press. If anyone has any more information on the artist please leave a comment. I have tried to contact her without any luck.
